• effective communication skills; the ability to communicate well with both internal and external executives; must be capable of relating equally with senior management, suppliers, manufacturing and development engineering;
• a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles; previous engineering or plant management experience is a plus;
• business acumen and financial skills; experience with cost accounting and financial analysis; a successful track record of developing and maintaining budgets for all supply chain activities while ensuring that financial measurements and objectives are met;
• strong technical skills with understanding of the latest ERP, WMS, and other supply chain software systems; implementing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) module of the SAP is a plus but not a must;

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global manufacturing company. An attractive compensation package, including base salary and bonus will be tailored to the successful candidate’s requirements.
